With the annual world event The Earth day, a week long celebrations commenced at BVM (USN) today. To prepare the bvmites as environment guardians Mrs Sunita Khera (teacher) apprised the students with the need of planting more and more trees to change the footprints of carbon accumulation on the planet .She suggested to plant saplings on the occasion of the birthdays and contribute their bit to make the environment green and clean. The students who have excelled in various science exhibitions were also honoured .On this auspicious occasion students from class 4th to 8th spread awareness through slogan writing.
Worthy members of the BVM Trust appreciated perpetual efforts of the students and staff members. Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi motivated the students to take care of the ailing planet and preserve the environment for the next generations. She also congratulated the students who have bagged the prizes in various fields of science and inspired others to participate in such activities.
